Global Technologies, Ltd. (Pinksheets: GTLL) announced today it will file its 1st Quarter 2011 Financials with the OTC Disclosure Service on May 10, 2011.
The Company intends to file the requisite Attorney Letter with respect to current public information shortly thereafter. Upon review by the OTC Markets staff, the Company anticipates being issued "current information" status, the highest status available, thereby improving market liquidity and investor access.
The disclosures are filed to insure all investors receive timely public information. The Company makes information available to the public via Press Releases and regular filings. The Company will not release information direct to individual investors or stockholders in order to insure fair and universal access to everyone.
The Company's filings are published pursuant to paragraphs (a)(5)(i) to (xiv), inclusive, and paragraph (a)(5)(xvi) of Rule 240.15c2-11 and the OTC Disclosure Guidelines.
The company plans to complete its various audits and file with the SEC as a "reporting company" for trading.
