The Chinese – Interesting Facts on Purchasing Decisions

The Chinese are fascinated with American Culture. These consumers want apparel, textile, shoes, music, books, movies, magazines, fragrances, toiletries, electronics, furniture, goods, make-up etc. made in the US. However, there is no reliable source for such products and services in China, until APRM. Second to the U.S, China has the largest number of Internet users. Yet, 73% of the urban Chinese say they have no access to American products on-line because there is no such presence. 54% of Chinese consumers prefer American products over those of other countries.

Industry Information:

Industry trends show that China is likely to become the third largest importer of goods from the United States within a year, after five straight years as the fastest growing U.S. export market. By 2030, former Federal Reserve Chairman Alan Greenspan predicts that China and the United States will be the top two most powerful economic countries in the world. This Offering allows US accredited investors to participate in this growth, through the backing of a company formed by Andy Fan, one of the best known Chinese entrepreneurs, who has formed a company to bring US goods and services to Chinese consumers. The Company is the reciprocal of Alibaba, which is an Internet ecommerce company, formed seven years ago, which brings Chinese companies’ products and services to markets outside China, mostly to US small and medium sized companies and consumers. Alibaba recently went public in Hong Kong with a market capitalization of $25 billion dollars.

American Pacific Rim Commerce Group, Inc, (APRM) is an innovative, dynamic development stage company providing services that will establish the Company as the number one on-line marketplace for trade between American small and mid-size businesses and Chinese companies and consumers.

The Company plans to provide 1.3 billion Chinese consumers the opportunity to buy American products from its on-line marketplace and visible platforms throughout China. APRM is in the business of promoting trade between the United States and China, by assisting American Small to Medium Size Enterprises (“SMEs”) to sell their goods and services in China. There are many companies offering to promote Chinese manufactured products in America, but there are less than a handful promoting American products and services in China.

What Makes American Pacific Rim Commerce Group Unique?

Access to Market. The Chairman Emeritus of APRM, Andy Fan, is native Chinese, and is also Vice-Chairman of the Sino-American Trade Development Association. Mr. Fan has outstanding political connections with the Chinese government, long standing relationships with Chinese T.V./media, and has a strong fan base in China where he has appeared in various forms of media over the past few years. Mr. Fan’s popular book “Clinton and My Life” has made him an idol to millions of Chinese students, and a well-respected sought-after public speaker.

What makes APRM unique is that subscribing SMEs will also have an opportunity to market products and services through American professional sports figures and entertainers, who also want to market themselves in China. Basketball is huge in China: 83% of the Chinese watch or play the sport, and professional athletes, such as LeBron James, have recently been met with huge success as endorsers of commercial products and services in China. APRM has direct and personal relationships with American professional sports figures who want to tap into the Chinese market for endorsements, and the Company will provide a marketplace to showcase their talent.

Aggressive Marketing. Management is positioning APRM to grow aggressively through strategic technological alliances, innovative marketing on Chinese T.V. and in the United States. In addition, through strategic relationships with professional athletes, entertainers and artists APRM will market products along with the services of athletes and entertainers to the expanding Chinese consumer market. The Company will sponsor the Chinese version of the “Apprentice” wherein APRM will be the focus business, where publicity and advertising will raise APRM’s presence and name recognition in China very quickly.

Multiple Revenue Streams. The Company will charge a transaction fee similar to fees on eBay for all goods and services sold through its Internet commerce site. Furthermore, the Company anticipates charging subscription fees to Chinese consumers for access to the commerce site and for the information provided through the site, as well as subscription fees to SME’s that wish to list their products and services on the site. Finally, the Company will promote American athletes and entertainers to the consuming public in China, and charge fees on all endorsement agreements arranged in China on their behalf.

The Size of the China Market of Consumers. China has 1.3 billion people and the United States has 300 million. Although America’s population is 1/4 of China’s, exports from China to the United States are 4 to 1 of imports. However, recently large automakers, large hotel and restaurant chains and international consumer product companies have realized the size and power of the Chinese consumer market. APRM will be the first e-commerce site to offer the largest array of US made products and services directly to the Chinese consumers from SMEs in the US, which is the largest and most innovative segment of the US economy.
